Les Trois Petits Pâté
Three French specialties from Les Trois Petits Cochons. Traditional Pâté de Campagne is coarsely ground pork meat and liver spiced with onions, garlic, parsley, bay leaf and thyme. Pâté au Poivre is a well-seasoned blend of chicken liver and porkenhanced with brandy and black peppercorns. Mousse Truffee is a silkypork and chicken-liver mousse flavored with rich black truffles, Pineau des Charentes liqueur and sherry.
