Robiola Bosina Due Latte
The Robiola Bosina is named in honor of the Bosina village near Caseificio Alta Langa. A typical "due latte" Robiola of the region, it is delicate and balanced, sweet with a latte (milk) fragrance. It is a mixed milk cheese (cow and sheep milk). The paper thin rind covers an unctuous buttery paste that coats the palate. Mild and savory, creamy with a light lingering sweetness, this delicate pillow of soft-ripened cheese is irresistible. Pair with Prosecco, Pinot Grigio or the Hefeweizen beer of choice for a late afternoon treat you won't soon forget...did someone say Happy Hour?
