I had been invited to a friend's for dinner and low and behold she served these delightful Lobster rolls. I have seen them on this site before but thought they were a little expensive for something I was unsure I would like. I now know that they are well worth the price. I look forward to serving them at my next gathering.

There was a lot of great lobster meat in this but I found it very bland. I added more mayo, lemon juice, diced red onion, diced poblano and serrano peppers, salt and a dash of grey poupon. I think it needed a "crunch" and some more flavor to counter the bread.

I was disappointed. It's expensive, as is to be expected, because there is a lot of great quality lobster meat there. But the seasoning of both varieties is lackluster. I was expecting something more distinctive and flavorful. So, nothing to write home about...but it is still lobster!

I am a snob, some may say I am a Lobsternista. I LOVE Lobster rolls like Linday Lohan loves to party. I went to college at BU and spent many a weekend gorging on lobster while my friends were doing questionable things while ingesting too much newcastle. So, when I was given this lobster roll as a birthday gift last year, I was hooked. I must have it again. Delicious, tender, tasty, overall perfection.I crave it. Mmm.. lobster...

Excellent...the torpedo rolls were outstanding with the salad, but also the salad on its own on a bed of leaves with roasted vegtables made an elegant starter at a dinner party.
