    Used the Tomato Love-Apple Sauce as a marinade on pork and chicken at a dinner party to great reviews. Loved how the jalapeno and habanero sauces tasted more like pepper and less like fire, for once.

      This is a good all around set of condiments to add a little ( or a lot!) of kick to your recipes.
      I also use them as the base for yogurt or mayo based dips.
