He tells us Naucratis was an agriculturally important ancient city on the Nile delta in Egypt. And that this wine comes from the agriculturally important delta region in Sacramento, (are you still with us?), that is perfect for raising the Verdelho grape. Okay, all we know is that this is a perfect example of that beautiful coastal white from Spain, hard to tell apart from its Old World counterpart. USA
