Super refreshing and delicious! I also used the yuzu in two different cupcakes....one was a fresh lime cupcake with yuzu buttercream and the other was a chocolate cupcake with yuzu and raspberry buttercream. The yuzu gave the frosting a unique flavor and was praised by those who ate them.
