Comments about Yuzu Syrup:
I used the Yuzu in an alcoholic shandy recipe which included Ginger beer, Stella Artois, Bombay Sapphire gin, lime juice, Domaine Canton, kaffir lime leaves and yuzu syrup. Super refreshing and delicious!I also used the yuzu in two different cupcakes....one was a fresh lime cupcake with yuzu buttercream and the other was a chocolate cupcake with yuzu and raspberry buttercream. The yuzu gave the frosting a unique flavor and was praised by those who ate them.
