This Award-winning extra virgin olive oil from the Las Doscientas Estate in Maule Valley, Chile is made from first-cold-pressed Arbequina olives. It has a medium intensity, a nutty flavor with hints of green fruit and pepper, and an aroma redolent of almonds and green tomato. Smooth and buttery, it makes an excellent finishing oil.
