It's easy to think of ketchup as an all-American condiment, but it actually has its roots in a fermented Asian sauce called kecap. This particular blend was inspired by the sweet and spicy type of kecap served in India. Made with brown sugar, hot chilies and toasted cumin, it's sweet, warm, spicy and positively outstanding on burgers, sausages, shrimp, eggs, french fries and everything else that pairs well with ketchup.
