Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sicily is known to be an island of great cooks. One of their favorite olive oils - and ours - is Frantoia. Extremely popular in America and Sicily alike, this unfiltered, golden-green beauty is made in the antique Sicilian oil pressing tradition. Amazingly viscous with a delicious fruity flavor and a spicy aroma, this is an oil that can be used for both finishing and cooking.

Comments about Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

I was a little nervous buying something like Olive Oil on line, when I am not familiar with the product or the website, but you made a true believer out of me. Your site explained the oil very well, I almost could taste it, and since I love to cook alot, this oil was a great addition to my pantry.

Comments about Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

My first bottle of this. I'm cooking with it and it's tasty enough on its own. Affordable enough to splash liberally onto vegetables before they go into the oven. For finishing pasta I prefer Santa Chiara or Rosmarino.
