Im always looking for a good full-flavored oil to use when I cook, and this ones perfect. You can use it in light dishes and in salads, and it adds wonderful flavor to fish and chicken. This is just a good multi-purpose oil that you cant go wrong with. Keep this one handy. You will impress your friends and its healthy to boot!
