This product is the best marinade for seafood I have ever found. With this you get the lemon flavor, without the acidity that can cook the seafood before you are ready to eat it. I have also used it with chicken and for salad dressings(where you want a hint of lemon but not the sourness that sometimes can accompany it) and it is even great in hummus. All around my favorite!

If you need a gift for a person who loves good food, this is it! I ordered 2 bottles, one for myself and one for a gift for a friend who uses very expensive and deliciously grassy olive oil. She thought the
Meyer lemon oil was wonderful and every time I see her she tells another way she has used it. I eat very little meat and enjoy mine on salads and vegetables. The oil is light, the lemon is delicate but very present. I will not be without it - it is my only salad dressing now!
