I use this oil in almost all of my cooking and I've replaced all my dietary fats with extra virgin olive oil. This oil is ranked highly for its health benefits. Good taste too. It's too good to give as a gift.

This EVOO is so good drizzled over grilled vegetables that I'm eating grilled veggies almost every night! Not as good as some of the EVOO I've had in Spain, but it's the best I've been able to find in the USA.
