This is my personal favorite olive oil. And after tasting literally hundreds of oils that is making truly a statuesque statement. While there are many, many exceptional olive oils available it is difficult to find another one that has such amazing balance. Delicate yet assertive, this oil is just perfect for a crusty loaf, some crunchy salt, and a bottle of wine.
