This "Intenso" extra virgin olive oil from Italy's Puglia region is cold pressed exclusively from Coratina olives using granite grindstones to produce the ideal amount of pulp. The subsequently processed oil has a very low acidity and a deep flavor redolent of artichoke with a spicy aftertaste.
