This lush, organic Greek extra virgin olive oil is made from from Koroneiki olives, which grow in the Mani region of Messinia. The olives are handpicked from November through February and the juice is extracted within hours. The resulting oil has a low acidity, a bright green color, and a fruity and bittersweet flavor with a predominant note of apple.
