This smooth cream is made from a traditional Umbrian recipe in which two types of white truffles—Tuber Magnatum Pico and Tuber Borchii Vitt—are finely grated and blended into a rich, ivory-colored sauce with a strong truffle flavor. Full strength, it's ideal on pasta or in risotto. Diluted with milk, cream, butter or pan juices, it makes a delicious sauce for meat or fish.
