Our Trofie pasta dates back to the end of the 1800s, when the housewives of the Recco region of Italy used to model small pieces of rolled pasta into its unique shape with their hands. Now recognized around the world, the Trofie-shaped pasta is still prepared the traditional way on Rosmarini Farm in Italy's Liguria region. Trofie are best served with the pesto sauce, but we love it with tomato sauce as well. Italy
