Yakami Orchards Yuzu Marmalade from Miyazaki Prefecture in Japan is a unique marmalade utilizing the tart citrus flesh and aromatic rinds of the whole Yuzu fruit. As a component of a soyu based marinade, it brightens and infuses with its singular aroma. Perfect on toast, as a glaze for pastries, and filling for pies and cookies. We especially love a spoonful in our black tea. Japan
