Comments about Kishibori Soy Sauce:

This soy sauce is rich, creamy, and sophisticated. If the only soy sauce you've tasted so far is from the widely distributed supermarket brands, you're in for a real treat! This handcrafted sauce is complex and nuanced, like a fine single malt scotch. Very salty, this shoyu is powerful and a little goes a long way. The outer sheath is beautiful and includes a full translation and nutritional info. I will definitely be buying more, although I wish it were available in smaller bottles, as it is preservative-free and thus somewhat perishable.
