This is a vinegar that should be in every cook's pantry. It has a pleasing taste and a gentle acidity. The flavor and quality of this vinegar comes from late-harvest Gravenstein apples that are picked when their sugars are at their peak. And, like a fine wine, this cider is meticulously converted in 55 gallon oak barrels. We love the notes of baked apples, honey and sweet spice that make our pork dishes succulent and our Waldorf Salads scrumptious. USA
