The richness of the taste of this Balsamic Vinegar is what makes this so delicious. I use it primarily on salads and making a dipping sauce with olive oil for bread. However, it is so rich in flavor that I am going to expand my use with it.

This is the absolute best balsamic vinegar ever! I don't live even remotely near a Dean and Deluca so whenever I vacation in NY I make sure to pick up a few to take home. I also order it online when I run out as well.
The vinegar has a sweet, full flavor that is so delicious added to any dish and I especially love adding it to my favorite salad vinaigrette. I have yet to find a balsamic I prefer even though it would be easier to just be able to run up the road to the gourmet market and grab a balsamic there.

I have never liked the taste of vinegar unitl I tried this balsamic vinegar. The sweetness is the taste that is so great. It is the only vinegar that I now use in food.
