We are proud to introduce DEAN & DELUCA Red Wine Vinegar acetified from wine produced from Lambrusco Salamino Fiore and Lambrusco di Sorbara grape varieties. It is a wine vinegar aged in oak barrels, which give it an amber color instead of the brilliant red color commonly seen in industrial products. It has a pleasant acidity and is produced according to the strict Italian laws for red wine vinegar.
