disappointing

Not a bad balsamic but certainly NOT a good value. As you tip the bottle you can tell how thin the liquid is. Very acidic smell when opened. Not a balanced taste and lacks depth or nuances you expect from the description. Recently reading a book on balsamic vinegar it mentioned the practice of some vendors to add very small amounts of "real aged" balsamic to regular wine vinegar and market as balsamic vinegar.

This condiment is so versatile, you can find many ways to use it. You can drizzle it on salads, use it on chicken as a glaze, and its awesome on pork. Drip it on fresh strawberries for a nice kick, and Ive even made a spicy bruschetta and used it for the topping. So experiment and find your favorite! But definitely buy this one.. Its a pantry staple for me now!
