We are thrilled and privileged to offer you this rare gourmet vinegar from Cadiz in the south of Spain. The intricate "Solera" aging process allows for a limited release of merely 6,000 liters each year, beautifully offered in these diminutive bottles and brightly wrapped with royal yellow cellophane. "Solera" refers to a system of topping off older wines, aging slowly in oak barrels, with newer vintages of sherry. The vinegars made with this sherry tend to have a particularly well-rounded flavor, the Solera 77 Sherry being no exception. Please note, limited supplies exist. Spain
