This balsemic is high quality, good color, but way too sweet for my taste. It tends to overpower olive oils so I will try a different one next time.

This tastes like a balsamic that's way beyond my means - thank goodness it's not! My husband thought he didn't even like balsamic vinegar ... turns out he just doesn't like low quality ones. We put this stuff on almost anything, but we use it most in caprese salads, drizzled on top of almost any vegetable (fresh or grilled), fresh fruit, or shellfish (especially scallops) .... and LOVE what it does to fresh mozzarella!

This is a nice balsamic but it wasn't the sweet, as the descriptor suggests, balsamic that I was looking for. Lovely and thick though and high, eat it off the spoon, quality but does not stand alone. Also the packaging it a little space consuming for limited pantry room...

I could drink this like a bottle of champagne, it's that good. Love it on an heirloom tomato salad, but it's great for anything, even ice cream. This is such a treat, a teeny bit goes such a long way. Tastes like it should be twice as much. I bought it for myself, and now i'm buying more for xmas gifts.

I gave this as a gift to a great friend who I knew appreciates fine and high quality cooking products...I wish I had this ordered for me too, but I am glad he was very happy and delighted with the item that I had sent him...I also knew he was aware of D&D high quality products...I was very happy that he liked everything (Tea & Olive oil) that he received.
