Robert Foley Pinot Blanc 2008

While not the most popular grape growing in the Napa Valley, we sure are glad that vintner Bob Foley continues to play with this varietal. As Bob would tell you, this wine is as fresh as a fruit salad. We think it's not only fresh but crisp and balanced too. It also happens to be great to drink with food or on its own. 

Our salami selection is aged to perfection. The aging process consists of a gradual mold growth essential to dry curing the salami. This mold adds to the flavor of the sausage and aids in preventing harmful bacteria from attaching to the sausage. They have a strong distinctive odor which will dissipate once the original wrapping from the product is removed. The casing is edible but may be removed easily and the salami does not require refrigeration. We recommend storing in a cool dry place.
