Donatiello Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2008

Whenever we drive over to the Russian River Valley to sit over a glass of fabulous Pinot with our friends Chris Donatiello and winemaker Troy McEnery, we leave a little extra time for a stroll in their organic Aroma Garden. It's gorgeous and serene, and we always learn a few things about the fruit trees that complement their Pinots—trees that include Bing cherry, raspberry and plum.
