Thai Yellow Curry Condiment for Soup

2 teaspoons very finely minced shallots
2 tablespoons Thai dry coconut powder
water for making the paste

Directions:
Mix the curry paste, shallots, and coconut powder together. Beat in just enough water to make a medium-thick paste.
