New York's Sanctuary T™ restaurant, hailed as an oasis of health, has based much of their menu on the sensuousness of tea. Their signature T-Dusts, which they use in much of their cuisine, are tea-infused spices that enliven everything from salads to desserts. Tahitian Green—a verdant blend of green tea, ginger, coconut and lemon grass energizes fish, fruit and even ice cream. Earthy South African Chili Pepper Rooibos gets its fiery tingle from southwestern spices and chile peppers, and is incredible tossed with hot pasta and oil. Smoky Black—our favorite—is a peppery, all-natural, black tea-infused alternative sprinkled over pizza or salad or as a rub for poultry or steak.
