This artichoke paté just might be our favorite addition to a sandwich. A little prosciutto, a little mozzarella, crusty bread, a drizzle of our white truffle oil and this paté will combine to make a most delightful sandwich. But don't simply stop there, because artichoke paté is surprisingly versatile. This fine condiment can also be used as a pesto and is very suitable with pasta, Risotto or simply spread on crusty bread or crackers for an indulgent afternoon snack.
