LaRue Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2011

  • Quantity

Pairings: salmon, lamb, pork, chicken- non acidic Here is the third vintage of LaRue. Katy Wilson, winemaker and vintner, came from Flowers and Kamen to start this Pinotnamed after her great-grandmother. In the glass, this is oneof the most impressive Sonoma Coast Pinots I've tasted in a while. Bold and layered with lush, cool fruit notes with a long, lingering finish, this '10 was sourced from two coastal vineyards, Rice-Spivak Vineyard in Sebastopol and Emmaline Ann Vineyard in Freestone. This is a great Pinot and will really start showing its potential if you let it sit for an hour before drinking. Kerrin Laz, Wine Director
