This is one of the best Pinots I've tasted in the last week.Ross Cobb, the winemaker, and David, the father and vintner,just released this. Ross used to work with Williams Selyem and Flowers before starting Cobb. They work differently thanother wineries in that they release when they think their offerings are starting to show their potential. This '07 Jack Hill comes from Jack Hill Vineyard, a 2-acre plot near Occidental.
