Covenant & RED C Wines

In 2003, vintners Jeff Morgan and Leslie Rudd decided to make a kosher wine like no other. They sourced grapes from some the valley’s finest vineyards and started off with a Cabernet Sauvignon that garnered high ratings among the media and led Robert Parker to write: “The finest kosher wine on Planet Earth.” More recently, The New York Times rated Covenant #4 among its top 10 Napa Valley Cabernets of the vintage. The wines are made using native yeasts with no filtration or fining. Today Covenant produces Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc in addition to Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery’s sister label is called RED C.
