Bryant Family Vineyard

Bryant Family Vineyard is located 400 feet above the valley floor, on the northern end of Pritchard Hill. The 14-acre estate vineyard is on a rocky, west-facing slope overlooking Lake Hennessey. The cold lake water generates cooling breezes that moderate the warm ripening temperatures of summer and fall, and keep the red berry, floral and aromatic herb nuances of Cabernet Sauvignon intact. Don Bryant purchased the vineyard in 1986, and made his first vintage of Bryant Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon in 1992. The wines have always been 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the exceptional terroir of the estate vineyard, which is farmed by David Abreu. Winemaker Helen Keplinger makes the wines without compromise, seeking to capture the best expression of the vineyard in every unique vintage. The wines are made in our gravity-flow winery, bottled and bottle-aged on site, never leaving the winery until their release.
