Each year, Lindstrom Wines produces a single vineyard estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, using a selection of the very finest grapes from their four acre hilltop vineyard in the heart of the Stags Leap District. This is truly an artisan wine, handmade by acclaimed winemaker, Celia Welch, which is crafted in small lots and specially blended to express the unique characteristics of each vintage. The vineyard is a tapestry of 11 gem-sized vineyard blocks, each planted with clone and rootstock selections carefully chosen based on the peculiar soil type and exposure. The Vineyard is farmed by renowned vineyard manager, Michael Wolf, using earth-friendly sustainable techniques. Michael and Celia Welch are constantly striving to achieve this extraordinary site’s potential and are producing remarkable wines
