With locations in NY as well as their newest restaurant in Las Vegas as Caesars Palace, their 2006 Merlot over-delivers from the nose to the finish. Sourcing fruit from two key vineyards int he Napa Valley, the wine can complement your meal or be enjoyed on its own. Interesting to note, Susan and Robert Summer started their winery project not in California but in Connecticut. Under their Stawberry Ridge labels, the fruit is sourced form their property in the Western Connecticut Highlands wine region. USA
