Sean Capiaux is another one of those certifiable California crazies chasing the Holy Grail of single-vineyard Pinot Noirs. His method mixes the traditional with the new, but his idea is to be as hands-off as possible, allowing the vineyard terroir to shine through. Widdoes is dark and elegant with spicy notes over berries. Drinking beautifully now. USA
