Year in and year out, I count on the Chappellets to deliver their renowned Pritchard Hill Cab with all the signature notes in place: opulence, depth, complexity, structure and elegance in every drop. Critics love it, I enjoy it and think you'll feel the same way. The '09 release is mainly Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of other Bordeaux varietals and was aged for 20 months in 100% new French oak. Interestingly enough, as a panel member of the San Francsisco Chronicle blind tasting of 2009 Cabs, this was one of my favorites out of the 45 wines I tasted. - Kerrin Laz, Wine Director
