"Covenant and RED C Cabernet Sauvignon are produced from grapes grown in two select Napa Valley vineyards. Both wines are made using the most gentle, non-interventionist winemaking techniques possible, including native yeast fermentation and native malolactice fermentation. The wines are neither filtered nor fined. Our goal is to highlight the essence of what makes Napa Valley one of the worlds most famous wine growing regions. Aged exclusively in French oak barrels for 18 months, Covenant and RED C have been acclaimed by the most influential and esteemed wine critics in the world. "
