We love that crazy Julian Niccolini, owner of The Four Seasons Restaurant in NYC. He describes himself as a restaurateur, actor, beekeeper and now winemaker with his fresh and flashy Sauv Blanc. We like a restaurateur's take, always thinking of the wine with food, and this one is a slam dunk with oysters. There are only two places you'll find it: at his restaurant and here.
