White Wines

White wines can be tricky to pair with your palate because they vary so much in flavor and style. I can taste ten different Sauvignon Blancs, all coming from the same AVA and they will all taste different. Chardonnay from one specific vineyard alone often times vary in weight and structure. The White wines I include in our selection all differ in style but possess one key ingredient - personality and balance. - Kerrin Laz, Wine Director
