Into their third vintage of this unoaked Chardonnay, winemaker Bob Cabral thinks that fermenting the grapes from Drake, Olivet Land and Lazy W Ranch vineyards in 100% stainless steel and no malo-lactic fermentation allows the true fruit aromas and flavors to surface. Bright apple and stone fruit fill the glass with great natural acidity and a refreshing finish. This is a great food wine. - Kerrin Laz, Wine Director
