Abi Blanc 2009

#ABI09WH3 | 750mL

Beth Adams, the vintner behind Adi Rosé, is now debuting her newest addition to her line-up. Abi '09 White is a fun blend of Grenache Blanc from Lodi and Viognier Amador County. Refreshing and bright, this White was aged in 100% stainless steel to keep it clean and crisp. Extremely food friendly, this 250-case production pairs well with cheese and charcuterie, pork and poultry. - Kerrin Laz, Wine Director

"2009 White Wine - 60%Grenache Blanc and 40%Viognier In all things Southern there is comfort and joy. May you enjoy this Provincial style white wine amongst the comfort of home and the joy of family and friends....Aged in all stainless steel for 8 months The Abi blanc shows bright fruit and crisp acidity with a clean finish! 250 cases produced. This year I purchased fruit from two vineyards for the blanc. The Viognier came from the Sentinel Oak vineyard. SOV is located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Amador County, California. ""At 1,500 feet in California's beautiful Sierra Nevada Foothills, the vineyard escapes the heat of the California central valley floor and is low enough to miss the frequent frosts experienced at higher altitudes. All of the Grenache blanc came from the Bokisch Ranch in Lodi."

This wine pairs well with:

  • Chicken (non-lemony)
  • Pork
