By now you know the Bridesmaid story: two great winemakers (Pam Starr and Drew Neiman) chose the fruit that didn't quite make their A List wines (Crocker & Starr and Neiman for example) and then made some really great, really well-priced blends. Here they blend Semillon with Sauvignon Blanc to create a vibrant refresher. Look for the Bridesmaid Red as well. - Kerrin Laz, Wine Director

Bridesmaid Wines

For years, Pam Starr (Crocker & Starr) and Drew Neiman have been crafting exceptional wines under their own labels and for others. Now they have joined together to produce a deliciously fun and rewarding negotiant project known simply as Bridesmaid. Both wines are a blend of barrels from their own projects and from an enviable “group of friends” who shall remain anonymous, but are all stellar in stature. While the old adage goes “always a bridesmaid and never a bride” these wines are blends of extreme high quality and it is our good fortune that they are released at prices only a fraction of their predestined counterparts.
