Proprietor Joy Sterling began this bottling to commemorate the style of Sparkling they produced for the historic Reagan-orbachev meetings that ended the Cold War. This bottling offers a creamy mouth feel with notes of orange zest and vanilla custard. The final blend of this 675 case production was 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. - Kerrin Laz, Wine Director
