First debuting in the 1998 vintage, J. Schram Brut Rosè is produced from the best lots of key vineyards that Schramsberg sources throughout Northern Californina. Aged for seven years in their caves, Schramsberg only makes this Rosè in great vintages. The '04 J. Schram Brut Rosè reaveals a mix of briary fruit and finishes with an effervescent nod to tropical fruit. All subtle and delicious on its own, this '04 complements an array of cuisine including spicier fare, oysters and shellfish. - Kerrin Laz, Wine Director

Schramsberg Vineyards is America’s House of Sparkling Wine. Producing world-class sparkling wine since 1965, Schramsberg Vineyards sources from over 95 diverse cool-climate vineyards from across 120 miles of coastline. This vineyard variety provides Schramsberg with the perfect balance of fruitful aromas and flavors, along with a delightful crisp acid backbone, all of which is required to produce these stunning sparkling wines. Crafted under the time-tested Méthode Champenoise process, with each bottle going through secondary fermentation within Schramsberg’s historic caves, each bottle of sparkling wine produced is a testament to the quality and dedication that has come to be expected by sparkling wine lovers.

Located on Diamond Mountain in the famous Napa Valley, the winery’s history dates back to its founding in 1862. Founded by Jacob Schram, Schramsberg was the second oldest bonded winery in Napa, and is home to the oldest hillside vineyards and oldest hand-dug wine caves in Napa. Restored by Jack & Jamie Davies in 1965, the winery has never looked back as it defined itself as a true American icon.
