I first receive this sauce as a gift years ago. It sat for awhile, since I was unsure what to do with a "mustard seed" based BBQ-type sauce--especially given I am not the "mustard lover" in the household. Once I realized it is a wonderfully refreshing alternative to the standard, heavy, red BBQ sauce, I use it all the time as a dipping sauce with chicken (whether grilled, baked, or pan fried). There is not a heavy mustard flavor to my taste buds--rather just the fun mustard seeds that have a light pop in one's mouth like a dish with sesame seeds. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
