Situated on 80 acres in Wisconsin's Southern Kettle Moraine, Rushing Waters farm features 56 ponds and raceways, fed by natural artesian wells, for their farmed trout. This natural environment and all-natural farming practices create some of the country's best tasting trout. Their smoked rainbow trout is first brined then hot smoked and to achieve a rich, deep hickory flavor. The addition of cracked black pepper lends spice and bite. Free of chemicals and antibiotics.
