This is an excellent quality rice! The preparation method for white rice is rather complex, involving washing and soaking the rice, etc. However, the results are amazing - white sticky rice that is not mushy but quite "al dente." It is delicious on its own with a little soy sauce or as a perfect base for a Chinese or a Japanese dish. I made fried rice with leftovers. My family members agreed that it was the best homemade fried rice ever.
