Honey-balsamic Roasted Duck Legs

  • 4 duck legs
  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce


  1. Combine all ingredients for the marinade and pour 1/3 onto the bottom of a shallow bowl. Add the duck legs and gently mix to lightly coat with marinade. Pour the remaining marinade over the top of the duck legs and ensure that they are completely coated. Cover with food wrap and refrigerate fridge for 1-3 hours.
